Love The Orphans for Jesus – 11-12-23 Uganda Update

Everything We Do is All About the Love of Jesus!

Please Read and Pray!

Jessica is 8 years old and came to the orphanage when she was 3 years old. Her mother was raped and did not want a baby and give birth in the bush and abandoned her there. A Good Samaritan named Norah found Jessica and raised her as her own until she was hit and killed by a car when Jessica was 3 years old. Jessica ended up on the streets of Mbale helpless and begging when one of our staff found her and brought her to the Impact orphanage. Jessica made many new friends and found the love of Jesus in her new home. Jessica loves singing songs about Jesus in the children’s choir and is a very thankful and happy little girl.

Jonathan is now 6 years old and joined us at 4 years. Jonathan lost his dad in an auto accident at 2 yrs. His mother, alone and unable to sustain a family with 5 children pleaded with Patrick Okabe to give Joathan a Christ centered home at the orphanage.

Jonathan was welcomed to the orphanage and has found a real home with many new friends that are like brothers and sisters to this very happy little boy.

Please pray that we can help Jonathan’s mother so she can someday soon bring Jonathan back to his family. Jonathan is well cared for and is thankful for how much Jesus loves him.

… whatever you did for one of the least of these …, you did for me.’”

“Do you love me?” … Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.”

We pray that GOD will bless you and your family so that you might be a blessing to those in greatest need.

To those of you who are able, we pray that you will step forward as a “joyful” giver, bringing glory and honor to Jesus Christ!

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

You brother in Christ,
