Jesus is Everything to the Orphans! 4-18-24

This is Jason and Dan, they are agemates, they are both 6 years old and have become like brothers -best friends. They both lost their parents to HIV/Aids.

They joined the Orphanage at 3 yrs. They were brought to the orphanage at the same time by Sarah one of our team who helps identify orphans in great need.. Dan and Jason are loved and cared for at the Orphanage. They have a real home, with a safe place to sleep, food and fun school with many friends to play soccer with.

They both love soccer and praying to Jesus!

Their smiles are a great reminder that Jesus lives in their hearts and that they have Joy and real hope for the future.

George is 11 years old and one of the older kids at the orphanage. George lost both his mom and dad to HIV/AIDS at 4 years old.

He went to live with his Auntie who beat him a lot, refused to send him to school and overworked him. One day at the age of 5 George ran away from his Aunties home and ended up a street kid in Mbale town.

He was picked up by a church member who brought him to Impact Orphanage. George felt welcomed immediately at the orphanage. The fear went away and he felt loved, knowing that he had found a real home where the love of Jesus gave him peace.

George loves to teach other kids God’s word and says he wants to be a street preacher and share the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ to everyone!
