| Faith Radio Uganda: “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.” (Mark 16:15) I greet you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am humbly thankful for your prayers and support for my family and the Faith Radio Uganda Ministry. I pray for you and your families too. We continue as Faith Radio to engage with our community through our ministry outreach programs, designed introduce Faith Radio to the community at large. We have seen many of the lost being won to Christ and many others encouraged in their faith in Christ Jesus! This past Weekend we visited the mental department of Mbale hospital. We showed loving concern and prayed for the mentally disabled patients. It was great to see the joy in their faces, even with their disabilities. We were able to bring encouragement with the light of Christ. I talked to a young mentally disabled man called Jonah, whom I prayed for and he gave his life to Christ, he had been a Muslim – Praise God! We also visited a hospital this past month and prayed for the sick. We prayed for a mother who gave birth to quadruplets! And through your monthly support we were able to donate 300 dollars to her so she can provide baby staff for her 4 beautiful angels. Faith Radio is all about love and sharing Jesus to those in great need! We also visited a single mom raising 8 kids on her own with no food or basic supplies. We gave her rice and beans and soap as we told her of the love of Jesus. We will be visiting a local prison in Butaleja village, we already gave some of the Bibles we want to pass out to the prisoners, but we need many more. They need about 80 more Bibles for their morning devotions. We have a dedicated team that we dispatch every Saturday evening for street outreach, this ministry has really brought many to hear the gospel, and also built the Faith Radio listener base. This Easter we visited kids in the slums of Mobale Town and gave gifts of clothes, food and books to kids on the streets and they were so happy. We would also like to purchase more radios and solar panels this month for distribution in a small village over 80km away, they have no electricity, and we want to provide little solar panels so they can run their light bulbs and radios so they can listen to Faith Radio. The chairman in the village is looking forward to our visit. He called me and the village community is asking when Faith Radio is coming. We need to raise an additional $3,000 dollars to purchase 150 solar panels and 200 small radios. We have started a new outreach to women at Faith Radio. The women on our staff, together with my wife Sharon, will be reaching out to women to organize empowerment meetings, designed to pray with and thereby encourage the women in these communities. Promoting girl-child education and sex education among young girls, with a focus on abstinence until marriage. Faith Radio, in the hope and love of Jesus Christ is working to empower the endangered women in our community. As you can see our mission is sharing, giving, loving and caring with encouragement with the intent of winning souls for Christ. Prayer Requests – For provision for the orphanage – food and medicine – Faith Radio outreach ministry for financial support and safety. – My grandparents they are sickly and need constant medical attention – My mom she has a swollen leg from high blood pressure – Kimberly my daughter is just recovering from an ear infection. – Inflation – Food and commodity prices have gone up. – Increased armed robberies due to the current situation in the country – My lovely wife Sharon, we just found out she is pregnant. – God’s will as we trust Him through this new season of life for our family.
