Bringing the Love of Jesus to the Orphans

Crispus is now 9 years old and joined the orphanage as a 5-year-old. Crispus was a victim of child abuse by his stepmother, after losing both his parents to HIV/AIDS.
One day Crispus’ stepmother tied him to the toilet, leaving him without food for 3 days. The neighbors reported the situation to the police and the stepmother was arrested.
A church member heard about Crispus’ situation and brought him to the orphanage right away.
The orphanage is Crispus’ new home, he is very happy to have so many new friends . He has been introduced to the love of Jesus and it has brought a big smile in his heart and on his face!
Anita is beautiful 8-year-old girl. She joined the orphanage as a 4-year-old.
Her journey to the orphanage began when her father and mother were killed by relatives over a land dispute.
She was brought to the orphanage by her Auntie who shared Anita’s life story with us. Her Auntie was not in a financial position to take care of her, so we welcomed her into our family at the orphanage.
We have determined that Anita has a hearing problem, and we will work to get her to a hearing specialist and hopefully get her hearing aids.
Anita is a happy girl, with many new friends and always radiates the love of Jesus through her smile.
