The Orphans Meet Jesus at the Orphanage!
*Please Read and Pray*
This is little Peter, he is one of the youngest at the Orphanage. Peter is 3 years old and joined the orphanage last year at 2 yrs. Peter was abandoned by his young, widowed mother because she could not afford to raise him after losing Peter’s father to a car accident.
Attached is a photo of Peter with one of the visiting students from Vanguard University. Peter’s mother brought Peter to the orphanage and disappeared. We took Peter to the police to try and search for his mother, but with no success.
We took Peter in, as he had no other place to go. He is so very happy to be at the orphanage, experiencing the love of Jesus and making many new friends. Please pray that we can find Peter’s mother and figure out a way to help her raise him up herself. May the love of Jesus continue to flow into Peter!
Janet is 5 years old and came to us when she was 3yrs old. She was a victim of child abuse, molested by her stepfather. Her mother died from HIV/AIDS, and she was left with her stepfather, who did not treat her well.
The police found little Janet roaming the streets of Mbale with nowhere to go. They contacted the orphanage, and she was brought to us immediately.

Janet has found a home filled with the love of Jesus. She has food each day, a safe place to sleep and has made many new friends. Janet is a very happy little girl!
