| We are bringing the Jesus Film to the Tribal People of Nepal who live in the Jungle. The Raute tribe is one of Nepal’s last remaining nomadic hunter-gatherer communities. They are often called the “Kings of the Forest” because of their deep connection with the jungle and their traditional way of life. They do not settle permanently. They build temporary huts (called kham) in the forest and shift locations several times a year. Traditionally, they hunted monkeys and small animals and gathered wild fruits and roots. They do not practice farming. They build wooden boxes, which they exchange for rice and other goods from nearby villages. We got the opportunity to show the Jesus Film to them and they were very excited to see the Film, but they did not allow us into or near their tents. So we moved away from near their tents into the Jungle to show the Jesus Film and all went very well. Thank you for being a partner with us as we bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to different tribes and people groups of South Asia. Your generosity and faithful support allow the lost the opportunity to hear about Jesus Christ; the message of hope, and transformation found in Him and Him alone. We are able to bring the eternal hope of Jesus Christ to those who would have never heard the Good News! We plant the Seed of Christ and hearts are encouraged—something that would not have been possible without your willingness to support our outreach efforts.
